This year, the prestigious Glanzlichter Prize Photography Competition drew entries from Europe’s best nature photographers. The prize in the “Magnificent Wilderness” category was taken by Luciano Gaudenzio, who has been a contributor to 4Corners Images for some years. Luciano already has numerous awards to his credit: to name a few he has been runner-up in the Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition on more than one occasion and was named World’s Best Nature Photographer by The Italian Association of Nature Photographers in 2006 and 2008. His work has been published in many magazines and his first book ‘Friuli, Emozioni Naturali’ (Edizioni Risma) was published in 2008.
